Casa Soler is located in one of the best neighbourhoods of Buenos
Aires – stylish, dynamic Palermo Soho. From the house you are
within walking distance to the shops, cafes, restaurants and parks the
neighbourhood is famous for.
It is a traditional French style house designed around a central
courtyard, with a carefully restored modern interior. It has three
double bedrooms and one single bedroom, all with ensuite full
bathrooms. The mattresses are all four season hotel beds and can
be separated into single beds in each of the large bedrooms. All
linens are of highest quality. The house sleeps up to 7 people.
The main floor opens to a patio with outdoor fireplace and barbecue
and large dining table and garden. Additionally the house has two
large upper terraces with a minipool, outdoor shower, and sun
loungers. The gardens are maintained weekly and include jasmine,
gardenias, bougainvillea and tropical plants.
The kitchen has been equipped with care and includes professional
cookware and all supplies, settings for eight, a dishwasher, gas
cooktop and convection oven. The dining room seats eight to ten
people, and the common areas and bedrooms all open to private
outdoor garden areas.
The living room has a projector and home theatre system with a
collection of films including a stereo system. There is satellite cable
television in the living room as well as one of the upstairs bedrooms.
There are IPOD dock stereos in several rooms throughout the house.
Including a washer and dryer, high speed internet, unlimited
international calling on the VOIP phone system, two complimentary
cell phones for use during your stay, a printer, and full security
system with motion detection.
